Trade Show Exhibitor Application

All current Manitoba Health Regulations at the time of event will be followed and enforced.

Identification is required along with the proof of vaccination.

This is a fully immunized event.

Please note: This event is subject to all Manitoba Health Orders. All Health Orders will be followed and plans for safety and sanitation during the event will be released at a later date.

Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 must be provided upon entry by all Exhibitors and their staff 12 years of age and over.

I am an authorized representative of the above named organization with the full power and authority to sign and deliver this application. The company agrees to comply with all of the policies contained in the Exhibitor Manual.

The Provincial Exhibition reserves the right to deny any application/contract for any reason. There will be no refunds issued for cancelled space after January 31, 2024. Certificate of insurance is required with signing of final contract.

By signing this application the Exhibitor agrees to allow their contact information to be released and used for advertising purposes in conjunction with the Personal Information & Protection Act. By signing this application the exhibitor also agrees to allow the Provincial Exhibition to give out their contact information to consumers for sales and customer service information.
